Just went a half hour this morning before heading to PT. Just taking it easy for a couple days since I'm not racing this weekend to try and loosen up the piriformis. My legs felt better on this run than yesterday but the piriformis/hip were a little tigher than the last couple days. Went to PT and she massaged my hamstring and my hip a bit.. ahh I wish I could just go and get a massage everyday.. even though it hurts at times it feels gooood!
