Ran with Roland on the Hinsdale course before the meet this morning. It was SO humid! My legs felt pretty good but breathing was hard because of the humidity. Hammy was a bit tight up high but I think mostly because we ran right after waking up where as I usually run in the afternoon and am more warmed up. We'll see how it feels tomorrow, I'm not running but last time I ran two days in a row it was pretty painful so hopefully it doesn't flare up.
