Took Drake on the run with me this morning.. and since I haven't taken him running in forever (due to me doing most of my running with the NCC gils) it was a pretty slow run since he was draggin ass. Legs felt good but how could they not when I'm going that slow. Pirifomis didn't really hurt it was just kind of tight afterwards when I stretched out.
