My review:
hated these when i first put in on and then I wore then around the house for a couple of evenings before I took them for a run.I absolutely love them except for the high arched support insole.I had to cut it out after 50 miles or so.I normally use purely neutral shoes but i got to where I liked the arch support in these but it causes me to supinate even more than I do naturally which is already bad enough.I have seen numorous reviews of people stating that the toebox is too narrow.I have really wide feet and my pair fits just fine and hasn't caused me any problems.They hug the foot and really do fit like a glove.I have noticed that the heel is worn down dramatically after only 61 miles.But my strike was off from the excessive under pronating and I'm a natural midfoot striker!?I'm used to the Kinvara and this is pretty similar other than the midsole support.I just purchased a pair of the pure flows at a local run shop today for my Lr's and easy days.
