The distance is estimated. I started off with Carlos and stayed a little behind the varsity pack, then after 20 minutes I fell behind and did the last 16 minutes by myself. The wind really slowed me down, my small stride isn't built for this. Overall it was a great run to push through the cold weather and tough it out. Can't wait till Friday for the exhibition mile my goal is anywhere from 5:15-5:29.Anything in this range will be a satisfying time because I never broke 5:30.
