4x800, 4x400,4x200,4x100. Felt decent, but my legs were tight the whole time. 800s were 2:53,2:52,2:51,2:50. 400's were 80,81,79,79. Overall I went to the lower group so I was leading it and no one was in front of me to push me faster. If I had Iyke with me then I could have ran 2:48-49. Felt fast on the 200's. Coach Roberts said that its one of the best workouts of the season because of the consistency.
