Notes

Did a track workout sequence of 4-4-3-3-3-2-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1. The rest was equal on them besides the 4 minutes one. Ran behind Carlos and Brandon most of the time. Legs felt pretty dead. Nelson was there to push me at the beginning. Not that hard cramps today.
