Nice easy long run. Ran by myself throughout the entire thing so it was kind of boring. Saw Nebil and Dhruvil and his North Central guys. Had severe cramps on the way back so I had to slow down. After the run Brandon, Charlie, Carlos, Amin, Shafron, and I played football for 20 minutes in the gym. Our team of Shafron, Brandon, and I won 5-3. Brandon also told me how people on the bus were baking me yesterday, it's ok I love having people make fun of my running abilities because it feels twice as good when I prove them wrong.
