Did progression 7 laps around the school. Started off slightly behind Iyke and then went ahead and Shafron joined up with me. We were together the last 5 laps and we caught Aaron on the 6th. Finished relatively strong, but I did progress nicely. Starting to get back into shape very smoothly. Did 8 ethiopian strides as a cool down.
