Notes

Did 4x300m with 100m rest in between then finished the full set with 100m sprint. Legs felt fluid as I pushed through the wind. Don't know what times I was hitting but it felt fast lol. Nice stretching afterwards. James and John attacked the seniors as we were rolling out.
