Did tempo 400's. I only did 14 since my stomach was killing me. I fasted the day before and ate too much at night and felt it in the morning. Stayed with a big group of Brandon, Carlos, Nelson, Charlie and Nic Luna. I fell off around the 9-10th one my stomach was hurting too much. I wish I felt great in this one so I could have pushed it more. Did PR my three mile at 18:31.
