Started the workout late because came back from the CSL Conference with Conor. Did the workout by myself which consisted of 1200-800-400-200-200-400-800-1200. The last two reps were hard due to the fact I got a cramp from eating roast beef. My times were:
1200: 4:14
800: 2:48
400: 82
200: 34
200: 37
400:81
800: 2:58(Oh no)
1200: 4:34(cramp)
