Notes
Went into the second heat which had a lot of people. Started off in a slower pace then built up. I think I went really slow as I had lots left in me in the last lap and didn't tired. I raced too conservative as I could have gotten in the 5:20's. Having little offseason I'm getting back into a rhythm. Next race might be outdoor season if I don't run Argo.
