did 6 sets of 400m-200m-200m with decreasing rest. After the fourth one I had a side cramp, but still pushed through to get 6 in. Not my best workout, I struggle with speed workouts, but it's best to get in this speed stuff, especially since I'm running the 800 twice this Friday.
