Did 8x800. My stomach was really hurting so I had to do an extend rest after my third one. After that one extended rest then I got back into a rhythm. My splits were not where I wanted them because I was trying to aim for low 2:50's. I got off to an uncharacteristic start because I was trying to pace with Zach, Jay, and Brandon. It was a nice workout to test my toughness. Splits were :
