Notes
So we did 4x400, 4x400, 2x800, 4x400, 4x400. After the second set I had severe cramps. I actually felt good for the first set hitting 76-77 which is sub 5:10 pace. Had to miss several 400's, but finish the last 3 on cramps, Kind of mad because I actually enjoyed this workout and I have not had cramps in a long time. Shout out to Andrew Jeffries he was killing the 400's out there, he has master speed. Also shout out to Iyke for staying strong and hanging in there.
