First 3 miles were 18:39!! WHICH IS A 3 MILE PR! On the way back I felt dehydrated so I slowed down a lot. Probably going to do some speed stuff tomorrow for the 5K on Sunday. After the 5K, that is when my true mileage is going to start and be maintained throughout the rest of the summer.
