Nice long run with Zach, Jay, Brandon, and Thomas on the way there. Turned back at the 11 mile marker and saw Brandon, who recently stopped for the bathroom. We ran back together, then had to stop for the bathroom again. We really blasted the last 4 miles, it was at a nice fast pace. Iced for 10 minutes after. Coach Olson is funny.
