Did a progression run around the school by myself. Started off at a slower speed than I wanted but by the 3rd and 4th mile I was catching fire.Even though it was cold I was locked in and had the best workout of the off season. After my 4th mile had a quick bathroom break and warmed myself up inside and then continued my run. I was happy with my pacing and I hope to go anywhere from 5-6 miles tomorrow.
