First 16 miler! I did it!! and with 8 miles @ 1/2 marathon pace of 9:20. I didn't know if I could do this, but I did and it felt great. The M pace miles felt so good to move fast. I felt so great at Mile 6 @ Mpace that I did the last 2 at a pace of 9:10. At the end my legs were tired but heart still felt strong.
