My GPS was so off today by almost a tenth of a mile. The pace I am aiming for this week on my easy runs is 10:20, better by 10 secs from the last 2 month. Next week I will shoot for 10:10 then stick to 10 mpm the week after that until my coach tells me otherwise.
I am wicked excited that my plan starts today for NYC! I am excited for the hard work, time commitment and focus that will be required over the next 5 months.
