I just would not give up. Not my best workout by a long shot, but I didn't give up and I wanted to after 2 sets. It was a disaster from the beginning, even my 2 warm up laps my HR was too high. I will learn that I just can not go our for even 2 drinks the night before a hard workout.... and I have have have to eat right. Even though I didn't eat a lot, it wasn't my normal food and my stomach did not like it. By the last lap of each set, my stomach was screaming at me and threatening to poop in my pants... ugh. But I did it.... now its time to rest for Long Run on Sunday.
