Roads over by W. reservoir with Heather and Emily. Emily wanted to do a long run with us today, but we did ours yesterday, so we did the first hour together, up by the trail trail (which was covered in snow, so we didn't run there). Did a weird little lollypop course, that had I know the roads better, I would have suggested something else :-) oh well, Rt 12 is a big road, but has very wide shoulders, so it wasn't bad. A bit tired after yesterday's long run, but we managed to keep up to Emily, who always runs fast as hell - 8:34 pace, wtf!
