Millbury track with Heather and Emiily. Last track workout of the year and the season (and possibly the world). Changed the plan during the warm-up. Ended up doing 2x 800m for warm-up and then 12 200s, with 200 m recovery plus a 400m recovery halfway through the 200s. Not too cold, but windy, got blown around a bit on the track. No more track till the spring, moving onto hill workouts instead
