Notes
SAC with Heather and Clover.
Started at the field, did one 3/4th loop, then went under the power lines and to the first road. Went ahead of heather, because she was doing her second run of the day and wanted to keep her pace down. Clover kept waiting till heather came into view, and sprinting back to me :)
did 3x of the short, steep hill under the powerlines, while heather caught up, and then left me again. Caught her by the first river ford (which was dry).
Went back, and then did two loops around the field (well, 1 and 3/4) in the opposite way. Heather did one and a half loops. Good running weather.
