Long cool down in the trails. Headed out on the Summer 5 and was out quickly. Then did the long trail with a slight cutoff in 17-low, came back on the Summer 5 direction in 6 minutes. This may have been sub-7 pace, but I'll just call it 4.2. Foot bugged me a little bit, but I'm happy to get in some good mileage today since the workout didn't go too well. Rain made it feel good.
