I felt pretty good. I caught up to Willie, Jonesy and Russell about a third of the way through, and we ran together the rest of the way. I am a little worried about my right calf and hip right now, but they should hold up. Afterwards we did four strides, which were awesome. I felt smooth. Tomorrow is the CVC race at Fall Mountain. I would love to crack 16 minutes for the first time. The favorite in this race going in will be Shawn Provost, from Keene. He'll probably take the lead pack out in around 5 minutes flat. I'll be there.
