Supposed to be a tempo run but I cramped hard from overeating 10 minutes before the run. I slipped going up Fletcher street and hit both of my knees but I forgot about it pretty fast. Strange pain along the inner side of my right foot, iced it. Usual mild achilles and calf soreness. Day off tomorrow and I'll be back at it on Saturday
