Notes
Long, hard run. Definitely worked on the way back down Sea Road but kinda slacked on the way there. Fun route although I almost slipped on the ice a lot. My watch cut off the circulation to my right hand which wasn't so fun. Lots of snow which froze on my face. Ran hard and had a great time. Route is pretty cool. It was pretty cold but I warmed up fast and only my right hand was cold.
