Fun easy run w Casey, had a cramp from eating ice cream and runner's knee in my right leg though, Beautiful day and my legs felt awesome with no pain besides the knee. Talked throughout run and had to jump around snow, ice, and other obstructions. Wore shorts for the first time in a while and legs did not get cold. Wore nike compression shirt which was perfect. Light wind throughout run
