P and I met the group at Highland except we were still too sore to do interval work. We had to walk quite a bit and all the downhills. Too painful to run down. I am going to be running the 5k tomorrow too. There was some smoke in the air in the distance. The full moon was beautiful and the sunrise was amazing!
