2 miles before meeting P & Steph, then 6 miles with them, 7.50 on my own.

Gluten free since Sat/Sun and the GI was great today! I had the Rumbi brown rice/veggie/shrimp small bowl last night.,

I was still pretty tired after running but my nutrition was right on! Whoo hoo

Protein drink, coffee, and egg white starbucks breakfast. Felt good after
