About 9 Runagades at Hill Kills. Beautiful weather!
I walked with Jaxton the first .8 mile for about 15 min, then met up with the hill kill group for 8 hills. Went back to Marie's early right before the Winchester hill and the tempo mile.
Tired and have the whiplash from accident last Friday. Saw chiropractor today because neck, shoulders, and back started to hurt Sunday evening (2 days after the wreck).
Dr. said to listen to my body and not overdo anything as far as gauging my activity.
