Cool and windy next to the mountains for this run. I didn't realize how cool I was til my lips went purple at the end of the run when my body temp went down. My lips stayed purple for a few hours. First time that happened. I called Coach and he said since this is an isolated incident not to worry. He said a dip in the hottub would be ideal. It was so good talking to him. He was in good spirits. :)
I started the run early with Marie and Kristi. Marie wanted an extra 2 to get 22 miles. I ended up sagging here and there to get 15 and I had parked my car 2.5 miles north of 6200 south It was a great run. I really felt good. We had about 23 Runagades this morn and I ran with Murphy about 4 miles. Such a great dog!
