Murray 5k, honest course with a lot of fast runners. It's one of Dimitrio's races.
Won cash for the first time ever! Whoo hoo, 2nd Master Female...$75!
Started out on State Street and 5100 S, South on State up a hill in front of Murray High til the MacDonalds on 5800. Turned around and went north on State and up the hill to turn right on Vine Street (4900 S) and east to the Murray Park Main Entrance. Turn right and go through the park, past the rec center and all the way to the do not enter sign where we usually turn left when we run the Wheeler Farm route.
I won an OGIO bag too at the raffle draw. So fun-Marie's birthday! Went to Roxsberry after.
Quad soreness from Saturday's trail run very well recovered since even yesterday. Still sore, but I can easily run downhill and way better at taking stairs down.
