Met with Traci H and Marie early. Ran 2.5 south on wasatch blvd then 1/2 mile on the Bonneville Shoreline trail over the bridge portion. Then ran w/the group up Millcreek to the 2nd sag stop. Pushed the pace down the canyon 3.5 miles on my way back to my car.
