Beautiful morning. Ran w/Gretchen and also Amber H. Runagades were doing their 6x1 mile intervals. It was awesome! Gretchen pushed me and I had no idea I was running 8:34's. It took a little longer for my glute/hip area to warm up but I also forgot to heat my car seat for the drive to Highland. Dang
