Grinding through the cold, at least the grounds are pretty clear for the time being. A little snow planned for this weekend but i'm sure the bigger snowfalls are inevitable. Again, ran off feel today. Body didn't have much interest in going any quicker, which means the miles are starting to keep my pace in check a bit more. Need to be careful about adding in cut back weeks so my body can recover from the miles. No negative impact yet, but want to be proactive.
