Long run with Antunes for the first 11 miles. Despite not running much, he was cruising through those miles without much effort. At the 10 mile mark, entered the tempo phase for 8 at MP. First couple went smoothly and then struggled the rest of the way going about 10 seconds off pace. Blame the trails perhaps or just blame not being mentally tough enough to battle through the small rollers.
