Tough workout. The Michigan is:
1600 on the track between 5K and 10K
1 mile float around MP or just a bit slower
1200 on the track a bit faster than the first interval
1 mile float around MP or just a bit slower
800 on the track a bit faster than last interval
1 mile float around MP or just a bit slower
400 on the track fast
There is a bit of a short transition between the floats before/after but not much. It's a tough one. Ran with Erich and Frank for most of it, but they kicked my butt on the fast sections.
