Treadmill cruise intervals. No chance to get to a track (indoors or outdoors) so treadmill was the option. Kept the incline at 1.5%. Tricky part is still the transition time between intervals since it takes 10-15 seconds to slow and get back up to speed. So although recovery appears longer, part of that is the accelerating/decelerating so it's not all just easy walking.

Overall felt good but it's easy to hit the pace on the treadmill where you set the pace and forget it. Kept the pace at 5:27 except for the last one at 5:07. Grouped the intervals into 1, 2, 1, 2.
