Workout was 1600, 2x800, 4x400, 2x200. Goal for the 1600 (I ended up starting at the curved line for an even mile) was 5:00 - 5:10 and hit 5:00 even. 800 goals were 2:24-2:30 and couldn't get below 2:33 (I think the mile took more out of me than I realized even though it felt smooth while running it). 400's stayed slow at 75s rather than the goal of 70-71. Basically I latched onto the 5:00 pace and couldn't get faster. Need to get stronger on these solo workouts.
