Lou started off well enough but then struggled to find pacing. The track pacing used to be easy but haven't been on a track since June and then before that since March, so off the pacing. Goals / (Actual):
2:56 (2:55)
2:52 (2:55)
2:48 (2:50)
2:44 (2:46)
2:40 (2:44)
2:36 (2:40)
Overall more akin to a 3:00 starting segment. Never felt that off, more that I couldn't hone in on a pace. Nonetheless, not targeting a fast marathon so doesn't really matter.
