Original goal was to copy Antunes and close out the tempo with 4x400 on the track. Target was 71, 70, 69, then something quick. First one was a miss, either due to fatigue from the tempo or just forgetting what "repeat" pace felt like on the track and not going out hard enough. Second one seemed ok to start but at the 200 mark was seeing 37 on the watch and decided to just bail on the 400's. Antunes is just too damn fast to keep up with and no need to break myself trying to keep up.
