First group long run of the season, nice turnout with about a dozen of us. Ran most of the run with Pick, Andrew, and a new guy who was cruising along. Felt good for most of it. Probably a bit fast during the middle stretch but got in 2 MP miles at the end. Next time, perhaps ease up in the middle and extend the MP portion. Felt good though but didn't have much in the tank to continue the MP for much longer.
