Back to walk/run. This was the first run since April, hard to believe that it's been that long. Plan was 3 sets of walk run, with the running intervals at 2 minutes each. I don't think I even looked at the watch during the run, otherwise I probably would have put on the brakes. I honestly felt like I was in quicksand but apparently I was moving a bit quicker than planned. Next run in two days will be much slower.
No pain during the run, but still feeling pain day-to-day when pressing directly on the bone.
Plan is to run every other day, starting run/walk for the first week or two. Very slow build up planned.
