Last significant long run before Boston along the marathon route. Ran in mainly a pack of Andy, Keefe, and Alex. Had some fun challenges to keep the run interesting, including short sprints to each town line. Felt pretty relaxed the entire way which was a good sign. At Newton Lower falls, the group broke up. I went into MP (didn't want to do too many MP miles with An Ras Mor tomorrow) from here to top of Heartbreak, so got to work the hills pretty well. Tired now, but felt good on the run. Hills were tough though, especially firehouse hill which always seems to wipe me out.
Great course support from SRR and organizing getting us out there. Today was also the big charity run day, so lot's of other runners out there, but benefited from extra police details at every intersection.
Not sure what will be left in my legs for the race tomorrow, but will be a cold rainy day so not having big expectations unfortunately.
