Danger Danger. Did strides at the end of the warmup and immediately felt a twinge in my hammy/butt/hips. Started workout and stride was altered just trying to keep it going. Goal was two sets of 1600/800/200. First 1600 was able to keep pacing going at first but struggled with the bad stride and pain and gave back a bunch of time on the last couple of laps. Started the 800 and bailed pretty early halfway through when it was clear the pain was getting a bit too much. Think it is piriformis.
