Another workout that was up in the air depending on how the legs turned over. Either was going to be 4-5 at HMP or 6-7 at MP. Sure enough once the tempo started, I couldn't get myself below 5:45 pace so I just settled in for a longer MP tempo. As I hit the hills on the second half of the run, I struggled to keep the 5:55's and let myself slow down a bit. I really need to get tougher holding MP when the terrain changes.
