5x1000 with lap jog recovery. Goal was 3:08 to 3:10 (really was just trying to do 3:10) but other than the first rep, was regularly off on each. Rep 2 was by far the worst and not sure what happened, just got behind from the first 200 and was never able to get back up to speed. Then slowly crawled back down to 3:12 but never really got into the groove for the usual pacing. Looking back at 2016, I was usually able to stay under 3:10. I guess part of this is marathon recovery and not having done any track speedwork in 7 months.
